Imperfect weather made for perfect photos on Mt.Charleston

Here’s a quick one for you. Thanks again to our friends in the Vegas Elite Supercar club we took a drive up Mt.Charleston because weather.com said it would be a clear afternoon. Oh how they lie. Half way up we got rain, lightning and thunder. But not to be deterred the group continued to the top of the mountain where we were greeted with that absolute most beautiful backdrop I’ve seen in a long time. Giant clouds with bright blue sky behind them. An amazing full rainbow that stretched just across the canyon we were in. And the asphalt was soaked giving off awesome reflections. I used all these to my advantage and got just a handful of photos before the sun sank behind the horizon. Hope you enjoy them!
