Wednesday Invasion at Fun Tacos Coverage – 3/6/19

I almost had a total meltdown trying to get this one together on time. Our long time supporter Fun Tacos has us out monthly and we usually communicate really well but this time I got a call just hours ahead of the event to be told they’d be closed. They had to go and cater another event so panic mode set it as I frantically reached out to our network of food vendors because I didn’t want to reduce anyone to eat McDonalds.

Thankfully The Lit Grille stepped right up with their big food truck with a delicious menu different than we’ve had before. Burgers, loaded fries, tacos and chicken wings. You name it they had it and it was going fast. The line stayed long but they were turning out hot food fresh off their grill quickly. They even ran out of a few things at the end of the night as people rubbed their bellies in content. We’ll definitely be working with them more often.

Since we couldn’t be inside we were super fortunate the weather was nice which made for some excellent quality photos from @Manolosk8 This guy has been out weekly capturing our events in crisp detail and is looking to do some private shoots. If he can get photos like this in the crowd of cars under less than ideal lighting imagine what he can do with some preparation! Hit the man up to schedule something for yourself or club.
